Q4 2023 Idle RPG App Performance in Latin America on Android

In the fourth quarter of 2023, the Idle RPG category on Android has seen some interesting shifts in user engagement and download patterns across Latin America. Data from Sensor Tower provides a closer look at the top five applications in this genre.

Hero Wars: Alliance experienced a notable increase in downloads, reaching a peak of 180K in the last week of December. The weekly active users followed a similar upward trajectory, starting at 200K and culminating at 377K. Revenue for the app remained consistent, with a high point of 35K USD in the final week.

Isekai:Slow Life showed fluctuations in download numbers, with an initial surge to 87K before settling around 24K. The weekly active users increased steadily over the quarter, from 60K to nearly 80K. The revenue peaked at 26K USD in early October and then stabilized around 15K USD by the end of December.

Oh My Dog - Heroes Assemble, a newer entry, saw a sharp decline in downloads after an initial rush of 266K in early November, dropping to just under 9K by Christmas. Weekly active users mirrored this trend, decreasing from 326K to 70K. The app's revenue also fell, from a high of 28K USD to 15K USD.

Magic Rush: Heroes had minimal downloads throughout the quarter, with negligible numbers by the end. Active users saw a slight decrease from 251 to 108. Revenue figures showed some variability but remained low, ending at 8.8K USD in the last week of 2023.

Lastly, Seven Knights Idle Adventure saw a downward trend in both downloads and weekly active users, with downloads dropping to zero in early December before a slight bump to 4K, and active users decreasing from 43K to 11K. Revenue also decreased, ending the quarter at 5.5K USD.
